Yes, I love doing extended family sessions and it's a great opportunity to get the grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins in a family session. There is an additional $50 fee for each family member outside your immediate family.

For some of my locations there is an additional travel fee:
Flinders/Mornington/Olinda: $100 travel fee
Black Rock, Sandringham, Williamstown: No travel fee
